Job summary

Kolpak is seeking a Production Trainer in Parsons, TN to develop and deliver hands-on training for machine operators. You will teach setup, operation, safety procedures, and quality standards, working with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing, training experience preferred, and strong communication of technical information. On-site role with emphasis on safety, SOPs, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing or machine operation.
• Experience training operators in production.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and SOPs.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver operator training programs.
• Instruct on machine setup, operation, changes, troubleshooting.
• Train on SOPs, work instructions, and best practices.
• Coach operators to improve efficiency and quality.
• Evaluate competency via observations and tests.
• Maintain training materials and records.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality teams.
