Job summary

Prescott News Network is seeking an entry-level Machine Operator Trainee to support production operations in a fast-paced newspaper manufacturing environment. This role operates and maintains assembly line equipment while helping ensure production deadlines are met efficiently.

Comprehensive on-the-job training and a structured pay progression program are provided for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to climb ladders and safely operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain assembly line and production equipment.
