Essential Functions
  • Set up, load, and unload corrugated manufacturing machines based on production requirements.
  • Operate corrugated machinery to produce materials according to specified standards.
  • Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed to ensure quality output.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on produced materials to ensure they meet defined standards.
  • Report and address mechanical issues or malfunctions promptly.
  • Collaborate with other machine operators, supervisors, and maintenance technicians.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure smooth production workflow.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, output quantities, and quality control data.
Education / Physical / Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • 1-3 years of experience in corrugated machinery operations.
  • Lift up to 25 lbs. alone and up to 50 lbs. assisted.
  • Repetitive motion of hands and wrists required.
  • Proven experience as a machine operator in a corrugated manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
  • Proficient in machine operation, including setup and adjustment of machinery.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
