Job Description

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Machine Operator in Chanhassen, MN, 55317.

Position type: Full Time, Contract
Duration: 9 months to possible extension
Location: Chanhassen, MN, 55317
SHIFT: 2nd

As a Machine Operator, you will:

1. Operate production machinery while continuously monitoring the quality of output and machine performance.
2. Perform small machine adjustments using company-supplied hand tools and other supplies as needed to ensure product quality and production speed.
3. Conduct production, quality inspection, and mailing of materials and finished goods.
4. Document and audit logs for production, inventory receipt of raw materials, ISO controls, and finished goods.
5. Shred destruction materials.
6. Stock materials and prepare for production.
7. Weekly clean of shop floor; sweeping and trash removal.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Up to 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Up to 1 year of machine or IT experience.
• Experience operating production machinery is preferred.

Education:

• Technical education or experience preferred.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $22.00 to $24.50/per hour
