General Information:

This position involves operating and maintaining major equipment on the production lines according to standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions (WI).

What are we looking for?

• High school diploma/GED with proficiency in math and reading comprehension.
• Two years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and oral, along with interpersonal and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in all Packaging and Material Operator responsibilities.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as fillers, labelers, and Terco equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments to maximize production.
• Conduct rinses, Clean-In-Place (CIP) washes, and changeovers.
• Maintain accurate documentation per SOPs and WIs.
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance (PM).
• Report equipment issues promptly.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards, including appearance, label placement, and batch coding.
• Maintain a clean, organized production area following quality and safety standards.
• Adhere to safety and environmental policies.
• Act as a backup to the Lead as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
