Responsibilities:
* Load scrap foam, skins, and/or fabric into baler.
* Continually supply baling machine with scrap and ensure finished bales are properly packed and contained with strapping wire.
* Keep machine operational and clean.
* Follow procedures such as SOPs, SEPs, etc.
* Keep your area clean and organized throughout the shift in accordance with 5S standards.
* Mentor new employees.
* Communicate with supervisor regarding non-conforming product.
* Stop production to correct quality issues.
* Be aware of environmental impact and safety.
* Report any product inconsistencies or non-conformance and participate in corrective/preventive actions.

Qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent (desirable).
* Ability to perform simple math calculations and fill out production reports.
* Good manual dexterity.
* Ability to read, understand, and comply with company and plant policies.
* Ability to pass skills tests and training evaluations for the baler position.
