Job Description

Join a team of professionals responsible for setting up, utilizing, and operating assigned lathe, mill, and/or balance CNC machines, supporting machine procedures for prototyping and production of machined parts.

We offer a starting pay of $21.00/hour, with a 22% differential for 3rd shift, bringing pay to $25.62!

Responsibilities:
  • Perform setup, operation, and precise alignment of lathe, mill, and balance machines to close tolerances.
  • Document operations and inspections as per the Quality Manual.
  • Recognize deviations in machine performance; troubleshoot and implement corrective actions.
  • Work from process sheets, drawings, specifications, sketches, and instructions to machine products.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics on machines.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment.
  • Maintain shop safety and cleanliness to support overall efficiency.
  • Demonstrate reliability, dependability, and safety-conscious work habits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in manufacturing or CNC operation is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Knowledge of measuring equipment and good math skills.
  • Creative, curious, and eager to understand processes.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High integrity and motivation to make a difference.

This role involves occasional lifting (25-50 pounds or more), standing for extended periods, and manual dexterity.
