Entry Level Machine Operator

Location: 310 Railroad Ave, Strasburg, OH 44680

Job Shift: Day Shift

Job Type: Full Time (hourly) non-exempt

Lincoln Manufacturing is currently seeking candidates to fill the position of an Entry Level Machine Operator at our Strasburg, OH location; to operate CNC machines in a safe, efficient manner that produces a quality product that contributes to the targeted profit level of Lincoln Manufacturing, LLC. No experience needed, will train. Stop by the office to apply in person.

Responsibilities/Duties

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

  1. Wear safety equipment at all times during working hours
  2. Manufacture API products and/or Customer specific
  3. I.D. Stamp every processed part (if requested)
  4. Efficiently meet daily production requirements
  5. Inform Quality Inspector of any Machine set ups for a First and/or Last article Inspections
  6. Maintain all LMI tooling in good working conditions (Machine, Plug Gauges or other Quality tools)
  7. Verify received pallets at the work station are identified
  8. Notify the Supervisor of any problem (Safety, Quality, Production or Maintenance)
  9. Show up to work on time on a daily basis
  10. Maintain work station clean and organized
