Job summary

Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring Machine Operators for a stable, full-time production team in Georgia. You will operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment while following schedules and safety guidelines.

This role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $15 per hour with overtime opportunities and weekly pay; shifts are 8–10 hours, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

Previous machine operator, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment.
Load and unload materials and parts safely and efficiently.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Read, interpret, and follow production schedules, work orders, and instructions.
Record production and quality data accurately.
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and OSHA standards.
