Senior Aerospace Spencer, part of Senior plc, designs and manufactures high‑tech hydraulic fittings for aerospace. The Machine Operator (Specialized Process) role covers setup to production, applying silicone seals using semi‑automatic CNC processes and performing inspections.
This shift runs 3:30 pm – 12:00 am. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in manufacturing or QA/inspection, basic CNC lathe experience or willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.

Senior Aerospace Spencer is an engineer-driven organization focused on high‑pressure hydraulic fluid fittings for use in commercial and military aerospace applications. We specialize in source‑controlled, standard, and proprietary fittings. Senior Aerospace Spencer also identifies solutions for fluid conveyance challenges related to fitting applications. Our engineering capabilities include conceptual design assistance, modeling, testing and qualification. Our senior engineering professionals are active members of the SAE G3 Fluid Fitting committee and are recognized industry‑wide for their expertise.
The Machine Operator (Specialized Process) performs various duties from setup to production and is responsible for the application of silicone seals using semi‑automatic CNC processes for hydraulic fluid fittings in the aerospace industry. Other duties include inspections, measurements, and acceptance testing.
Precision and skill in operating machinery and manipulating small tools or parts are essential.
The ability to lift, move, and maneuver heavy materials or equipment, as well as standing for extended periods during machine operation.
Good eyesight and attention to detail for reading blueprints, measuring instruments, and inspecting finished products for quality.
Ability to make precise adjustments and operate controls on CNC machines or silicone processing equipment.
Adherence to safety protocols and practices to prevent accidents and injuries, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and move quickly around machinery and workstations.
Understanding of technical specifications and procedures related to CNC machining or silicone processing.
Capacity to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during machine operation or production processes.
Ability to work in an industrial environment with exposure to fluctuating temperatures, high noise levels and machining fluids.
Working Pattern: 3:30 pm – 12:00 am
Annual Rate: $18.50‑20,00/hr.
