Rubadue Wire/Wire Experts Group in Loveland, CO is seeking a dependable Machine Operator for a full-time, 12-hour day shift (5am–5pm). You will set up, run, and monitor manufacturing equipment to meet quality and production standards.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with minimum 1 yr direct industrial experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Follow safety, conduct, and attendance rules.
• Meet production goals by following schedules and sequences.
• Enter information into production systems accurately.
• Inspect materials, products, and equipment for defects.
• Monitor gauges and indicators to ensure standards.
• Follow specifications and company policies.
