Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Abilene, TX is seeking a production operator to run and monitor equipment on the manufacturing line. Training will be provided to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Responsibilities include setting up machinery, assisting with changeovers, and inspecting runs while maintaining accurate records and equipment cleanliness. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of general work experience are preferred; prior production experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of general work experience required; production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $20.09 to $24.20 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose

• Safely operate and monitor all equipment.
• Visually inspect production run and report malfunctions to maintenance department.
• Maintain required records. - Maintain cleanliness of assigned area.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 year of general work experience required. Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred. Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment. Ability to operate manufacturing equipment. Knowledge of industrial technology a plus.
