Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC in Abilene, TX seeks a production operator to operate manual and automated equipment in the production process. Workdays are Monday to Friday with an afternoon shift starting at 1 PM.

Training is provided, and compensation starts at $19.15 to $23.49 per hour based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives and quarterly bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 year of general work experience required.
• Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial technology a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available.
• Assist with change overs as necessary.
• Safely operate and monitor all equipment.
• Visually inspect production run and report malfunctions to maintenance department.
• Maintain required records. - Maintain cleanliness of assigned area.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
