Job Description

ALG Labels + Graphics is seeking an experienced Screen Printing Press Operator for 1st & 2nd shifts. This full-time position includes comprehensive company benefits. Experience in apparel screen printing, especially with multi-color, automatic, or other printing processes, will be considered in lieu of flatbed and cylinder press experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to produce quality products.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Receive production orders and job assignments from supervisors or leads.
• Gather necessary supplies for production.
• Read, review, and understand job tickets and proofs.
• Complete production records as per company guidelines.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Display professional behavior and attitude.
• Follow administrative procedures for inter/intradepartmental communication.
• Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned.

Requirements
