UNARCO Material Handling LLC is seeking a saw operator to manage the operation of various saws in a safe, efficient manner with minimal supervision. You will cut roll form, structural and special parts as directed by Operations Leadership.

The role requires inspecting and starting machines, reading blueprints or orders, and maintaining quality standards while meeting production targets. Candidates should have at least 1 year of machine operation experience and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds

• Be able to read a tape measure, micrometer, square, calipers and protractor.
• Ability to work without close supervision.
• Must be able to understand verbal and written orders.
• Must have manual dexterity skills.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds with assistance.

Summary

Associate responsible for the operations of various saws in a safe and efficient manner with minimal supervision. They will cut roll form, structural and special parts at the direction of Operations Leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to perform initial machine inspection and startup
• Proper parts inspection and identification
• Ability to be cross-trained on other machinery
• Knowledge of companys parts
• Ability to meet and exceed production standards
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
• Follows company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or experience
