Accelevation LLC is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to support the first-stage fabrication of remote power panels in a fast-paced environment in Miamisburg, OH. You will set up and run machines, inspect parts, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include material handling with forklifts/cranes, precise cutting and shaping, and maintaining thorough production records. Prior relevant experience and a hands-on, safety-conscious approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a machine operator in manufacturing environments.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction setting is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy material and work with hands.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and monitor machines to cut and shape metal components with precision.
• Use industrial machinery to cut, form, and prepare materials meeting exact specifications.
• Safely load, unload, and position large-format metal sheets using forklifts or cranes.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• De-tab, sort, and stage finished components by job number to support assembly.
• Conduct routine machine checks, including nozzle cleaning and lens inspection; assist with gas cylinder changes.
• Maintain high standards of precision and productivity to minimize downtime in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
• Accurately record material usage and machine activity to support inventory tracking.

Your Impact

Our machine operators are driving the first critical step in fabricating remote power panels that keep data centers running. In this role, you convert steel into precision components that support reliable, continuous power distribution.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor machines to cut and shape metal components for remote power panels with precision and efficiency.
• Utilize industrial machinery to cut, form, and prepare materials, ensuring components meet exact specifications for downstream assembly.
• Safely load, unload, and position large-format metal sheets using forklifts or overhead cranes to maintain smooth production flow.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to verify parts align with technical drawings and data center power requirements.
• De-tab, sort, and stage finished components by job number to support efficient assembly operations and maintain workflow continuity.
• Conduct routine machine checks, including nozzle cleaning, lens inspection, and assist with gas cylinder changeouts to ensure consistent machine performance.
• Maintain high standards of precision and productivity to support manufacturing output and minimize downtime in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
• Accurately record material usage, machine activity, and job completion to support inventory tracking and production planning.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a machine operator is preferred, S4, P4, Press Brake
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction environment
• Must be comfortable lifting heavy material and working with your hands
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
• Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong desire to learn new things
• Experience with Salvagnini machines is a plus

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close and color vision and focus adjustment. Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and explosives. Noise levels can be very loud, requiring ear protection.
