Staffmark is seeking a Machine Operator in Gastonia, NC. You will set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce quality products, perform quality checks, and maintain accurate production records. Forklift certified candidates with a strong safety record are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification required or obtainable via training.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment according to SOPs.
• Perform line changeovers, adjust machine settings, clear jams.
• Load materials and packaging components to keep line supplied.
• Perform in-process quality checks and log results in SAP.
• Maintain 5S and safety practices; complete shift handovers.
