Magnera Corporation seeks a Machine Operator (Doctor Dept) in Tennessee to help produce and control film quality while ensuring safety and customer specs. You will work with the Lead Operator and Production Manager to meet site goals and maintain product integrity.
Responsibilities include documenting issues, training new hires, labeling and packing to spec, and performing quality checks with data recorded on checklists to support continuous improvement and on-time delivery.
