Job summary

Up North Plastics is hiring Machine Operators for the Reprocessing team in Cottage Grove, MN. You will oversee loading material into machines, operate equipment, and monitor finished products in a fast-paced setting.

The position offers a Mon-Thurs 7:00 AM–7:00 PM schedule with a new starting pay of $19.00 per hour. Competitive benefits include Medical/Dental, paid vacations and holidays, ESST, and a 401(k) plan.

• Industrial/labor background is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Up North Plastics is currently hiring Machine Operators to join our reprocessing team on a Mon-Thurs 7AM-7PM schedule. Up North Plastics produces several lines of polyethylene products including high quality trash bags and construction films.

• Recent experience working an industrial, construction, or general labor job preferred but not required.
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work Mon-Thurs 7AM-7PM

Responsibilities
