Responsibilities:

Responsible for the operation of Ready to Cook Equipment in a safe manner while performing job responsibilities accurately and timely. Ensure production standards are efficient and met. Follow good manufacturing procedures by maintaining housekeeping standards. Ensure efficient and quality production with positive employee relations by complying with all employment processes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to work daily or weekly overtime when necessary.
  • Ability to understand diagnostics on the machine.
  • Follow safety procedures and checklists for startup, emergency stop, and restart of the lines after downtime.
  • Read and follow written instructions.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Understand and follow verbal instructions.
  • Have basic math and writing skills.
  • Work independently or within a team.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
  • Some knowledge of processes in Further Processing.
  • Some experience with machinery.
