Qualifications

• 2+ years manufacturing experience required.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Must be able to work in temperatures above 95°F.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot paper mailer equipment.
• Ensure product meets technical specifications and production standards.
• Monitor controls and adjust as needed for quality and efficiency.
• Maintain proper inventory and secure changeover materials.
• Record quality and production metrics on time, using written/electronic methods.
• Provide clear instructions and coaching to assistants.
• Follow all safety rules and company policies.
