Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Production Operator to set up and operate sealing and packaging equipment, perform basic math, and follow instructions to keep lines running smoothly and safely. You will work in a small-team environment, monitor product quality, complete scrap tickets and daily production sheets, and help maintain production pace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and mechanical skills are essential.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload materials and verify product quality against standards.
• Maintain accurate scrap tickets and daily production sheets.
• Collaborate with team to resolve equipment issues and maintain pace.
• Adhere to safety standards and participate in 5S practices.
