Job Description

Position Details
  • Pay: $27.75 / hour
  • Operate one or multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment, including moving raw material, filling, capping, sealing, labeling, or packaging products.
  • Remove damaged products or supplies as needed.
  • Responsible for production, package, and flavor changeovers.
  • Maintain product inspection processes.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure equipment runs efficiently.
Physical Requirements

Requires lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly. Must be able to walk or stand most of the shift and may include stooping, crawling, and crouching over conveyors. May require working weekends and holidays.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor production line(s) for efficiency.
  • Manage material flow and ensure quality.
  • Perform preventative maintenance.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping.
  • Coordinate repairs with maintenance.
  • Record downtime and machine operations.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Maintain reliable attendance.
Minimum Education & Qualifications

High School/GED, 18 years or older.

Helpful Experience
  • Experience with high-speed production lines, pallets, packing and filler machines, palletizers, reading blueprints and schedules, manufacturing computers, sanitization, minor mechanical repairs, and preventative maintenance.
