Join to apply for the Machine Operator Production (Nights) role at PepsiCo.

Position operates one or multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment, including moving raw material handling to the production line, filling, capping, sealing, labeling, or packaging products. Responsible for production, package, and flavor changeovers, maintaining product inspection processes, and performing basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure equipment runs efficiently.

This role requires lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly. It involves walking or standing most of the time and may include stooping, crawling, and crouching over conveyors. Work may be on weekends and holidays.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Operate and monitor production line(s) for efficiency
• Manage materials and finished products flow
• Ensure quality of packages and products
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean equipment and work area
• Work with maintenance to expedite repairs
• Record downtime and machine operations
• Work effectively in a team
• Maintain reliable attendance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum age of 18

HELPFUL EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with high-speed production lines, pallets, packing, filling, palletizing, reading blueprints and schedules, computer use in manufacturing, sanitization, mechanical repairs, and preventative maintenance
