Machine Operator / Production Associate – 12 Hour Shifts

Location: Elyria, OH

Pay: $18 – $20/hour

Work just 15 days a month — with every other weekend off.

We’re hiring Production Operators for a clean, well-run manufacturing facility in Elyria. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady work, strong pay, and a schedule that gives you more time off than most jobs.

No experience? We’ll train you.

Shift:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
2-2-3 rotating schedule (built-in long weekends)

What You’ll Do:

• Operate production and extrusion equipment
• Assist with startups, reel changes, and product handling
• Perform quality checks and make adjustments as needed
• Track production and maintain accurate records
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

What You Bring:
