We are currently looking for a Machine Operator in production to join our VALUES-based organization. In this role, you will focus on:

Responsibilities:

• Read work orders to ensure accuracy of assembly
• Make necessary repairs or adjustments to assure quality
• Use power tools for special door preparation
• Utilize computer skills
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Identify most common doors and inserts

Qualifications:

• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to perform basic math operations in all units of measure, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Proficiency in reading and understanding English
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with specialized carpentry tools is helpful
