Responsibilities

Position Overview

The Machine Operator/Process Tech plays a key role in producing specialty chemical products by operating mixers, dryers, coaters, and related industrial equipment. This individual ensures that batches are produced accurately, safely, and consistently according to customer and internal specifications.

This is a temp-to-hire role offering stability, growth potential, and consistent weekly hours.

• 3rd Shift:
  • Shift: Sunday – Thursday
  • Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (mandatory overtime as needed)
  • Pay: $19/hour

Key Responsibilities - Production & Machine Operation

• Operate mixers, dryers, coaters, and other processing equipment to manufacture oilfield chemical products.
• Measure, load, and verify correct chemical weights according to batch requirements.
• Monitor machine temperatures and processing conditions to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Maintain correct heating and cooling cycles during and after production runs.

Quality & Documentation
