Job summary

KPS Global is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and operate production equipment in Fort Worth, TX, under supervision, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency. You will read diagrams and blueprints to position machinery and move materials, while completing barcode scanning and paperwork.

The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a non-temperature-controlled environment. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• Less than one year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and tape measures.
• Basic math and reading comprehension.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to operate production equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual production machinery.
• Read job orders and blueprints to position equipment.
• Load, unload and move materials using lifting equipment.
• Complete paperwork including barcoding and checklists.
• Perform pre-shift maintenance and maintain 5S housekeeping.
