Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a machine operator in plastics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
• Knowledge of blow molding machine operation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with different plastics and their properties.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks and inspections.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machines to spec.
• Monitor performance and perform routine maintenance.
• Inspect finished containers for quality and adjust as needed.
• Check levels of raw materials and keep area clean and organized.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and surrounding area.
• Follow plant specifications and task lists.
• Work assigned shifts, including overtime as needed.
• Assist with other duties as directed by supervision.
