Expansion Machine Operator
The Expansion Machine Operator is responsible for operating and setting up the heat shrink tubing expansion machine. Key duties include loading materials, monitoring production quality, performing routine quality checks, printing labels, and completing required documentation. The role also involves maintaining equipment cleanliness, conducting preventive maintenance, and reporting any equipment issues. Operators must strictly adhere to all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and follow company policies and manufacturing guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

• 2nd shift: 3PM-11PM, $23.50/hour
• Will train on 1st shift hours

Extrusion Machine Operator

Job Qualifications and Responsibilities Summary:
The Extrusion Operator role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to read and interpret Shop Orders and perform basic math to ensure product dimensions meet customer specifications. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and physically capable of lifting 50–75 pounds, as well as performing tasks that involve bending and twisting. The role involves blending raw materials per specific formulas, setting and operating extrusion machinery with precise speed, temperature, and die configurations, and ensuring consistent product quality. Operators must perform meticulous cleaning to avoid contamination, document all process steps, and maintain accurate inventories of materials, tools, and equipment. A strong focus on safety, quality control, and equipment maintenance is essential for success in this position.
