Job summary

MMI Engineered Solutions, Inc. in Warren, MI is seeking a Press Operator for the 3rd shift to support our plastic injection molding operations. You will operate press equipment, review quality specs, and perform first-piece inspections to ensure parts meet customer standards.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and a strong focus on safety and quality. The starting pay is $17-19 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for overtime.

• Operate press equipment safely and efficiently

• Accurately complete production logs, job startup checklists, and operator logs
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in accordance with environmental and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
• Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding any quality issues

NEW STARTING RATE: $17-19/Hour

We are currently seeking a Press Operator-3rd Shift to support our manufacturing operations in Our Facility at Warren, MI. This role is critical to ensuring that high-quality parts are produced according to customer specifications and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate press equipment safely and efficiently
• Review and interpret quality alerts and part specifications before starting a job
• Perform first-piece inspections and compare against approved first articles
• Accurately complete production logs, job startup checklists, and operator logs
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in accordance with environmental and safety guidelines

Work Environment & Expectations:

• Manufacturing environment that may be hot, noisy, dirty.
• Substantial physical effort - extensive reaching, lifting, stretching, bending and twisting.

• Stop production if the 3-5-10 rule or set process doesn't result in a quality product.

Schedule 1st Shift:

Sunday through Friday Morning: 10:45am -7:15 pm
