Job summary

Pacur in Oshkosh, WI seeks an Extrusion Machine Operator to manage sheet lines on a rotating 12-hour shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with a 28-day rotation delivering about 14 shifts per month.

You will start up and shut down lines, monitor safety, quality, output, and documentation, perform changeovers with minimal scrap, keep logs in Plex, and work with the team to maintain silicone quality and proper dryer loading.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ability to read and follow written instructions.
• 1+ years as a production machine operator or setup technician preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and adjust machines to maintain quality output.

Responsibilities

• Start up and shut down sheet lines as directed by supervisor or lead.
• Oversee operation of one or more sheet lines safely and efficiently.
• Complete changeovers with minimal scrap and downtime.
• Log data and complete required Plex computer system entries.
• Maintain silicone quality and ensure dryer loading, color auger feed, and mixing station operations.

At Pacur, our Extrusion Machine Operators oversee one or more sheet lines ensuring all safety, quality, output, documentation, and cleaning standards are met or exceeded.Shift: Extrusion Machine Operators work a rotating 12-hour shift. 7:00AM to 7:00PM and 7:00PM to 7:00AM.
