Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  1. Monitor and ensure quality print, including tape tests, throughout production.
  2. Compare and approve print quality within specified limits of the tri-fold color range.
  3. Calculate the number of parts needed to complete each order.
  4. Number labels on each order sequentially, starting where the prior shift left off. Lot numbers change at 7 am, and numbering continues sequentially until the order is complete.
  5. Place completed boxes on skids and individual parts in totes or tray packs.
  6. Separate and dispose of poor-quality products in scrap containers, labeled appropriately, ensuring materials are grouped correctly.
  7. Complete all necessary paperwork for each order.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to calculate part requirements accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to stand and walk for at least 7 hours during an 8-hour shift.
  • Minimal lifting of 30 lbs., performed approximately 20 times per hour.
  • Corrected visual acuity of at least 20/40 for distance and near vision (reading 7-point font at 12 inches).
  • Capability to reach and lift 30 lbs. to shoulder height at least 10 times per hour.
  • Must pass the Ishihara color vision test.
