Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of packing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Basic computer and scanning skills.
• Willingness to rotate tasks and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate RHSB machines and packing lines.
• Wear required PPE at all times.
• Rotate between machines and packing styles as needed.
• Select correct box sizes and assemble boxes.
• Apply labels to completed boxes and prepare for shipment.
• Inspect product samples for defects and report issues.
