Job summary

Altium Packaging in Sparta, TN is seeking a Machine Operator, RHSB for an entry-level production role. You will run and support RHSB machines, pack, inspect, label, and prepare bottles for shipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, using PPE, rotating tasks, selecting boxes, assembling and labeling, inspecting samples, reporting defects, and keeping the workstation clean. Overtime may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of packing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Basic computer and scanning skills.
• Willingness to rotate tasks and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and work around production equipment.
• Wear required PPE at all times.
• Rotate between machines and packing styles as needed.
• Select the correct box size, assemble boxes, label and prepare bottles.
• Inspect product samples for defects and report issues.
• Keep workstation clean and restock supplies.
• Work overtime as needed to support production.
