Job description

Job Title: CNC Laser Cutter / Band Saw Operator / Trainee Operator

Job Description: We are seeking a shop helper with good math and measuring skills. The role involves operating CNC laser cutters, CNC band saws, and other machinery. Training will be provided for mechanically inclined individuals interested in learning CNC controls.

Responsibilities include:

1. Metal cutting, forming, and mechanical assembly
2. Painting, blasting, finishing
3. Working with a variety of materials in an all-around shop environment
4. Handling medium-sized metal alloys and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

Qualifications: Any CNC machine operating background in a machine shop or metal fabrication shop is acceptable.

Shift: First shift openings available.

Compensation: Starting wage between $18-20/hr for trainees, potentially increasing to $22+ with CNC production experience, depending on skills and experience.
