Job summary

Randstad USA in Shelbyville, TN is hiring entry-level machine operators to safely tend production lines and perform light assembly. You'll load materials, inspect output, and help package finished goods while maintaining a clean work area.

This hands-on role offers stable weekly schedules for night shifts (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) and a comprehensive benefits package as described in the posting. Prior manufacturing experience is not required.

• Visual inspection: conduct continuous visual inspections of output to quickly identify common defects or quality issues.
• Packaging: count, weigh, and package finished goods according to client specifications and prepare them for warehousing or shipping.
• Cleanliness: maintain the cleanliness and organization of the machine and the immediate work area throughout the shift.
