Job summary

Randstad USA in Duluth, GA is seeking a machine operator / quality and process adherence specialist to ensure every product meets high standards and all steps are properly documented.

You will follow SOPs, perform in-process quality checks, document production activity, manage material flow, and assist with routine machine cleaning and maintenance in a busy manufacturing cell.

Your responsibilities:

• Process control: strictly adhere to all established standard operating procedures (sops) and manufacturing work instructions for the assigned machine.
• Quality assurance: perform systematic and documented in-process quality checks at required intervals, logging results accurately on control sheets or digital systems.
• Documentation: accurately complete all production paperwork, downtime logs, and quality documentation to ensure traceability and audit compliance.
• Material management: stage raw materials and components needed for the machine and manage the flow of finished goods efficiently.
• Machine maintenance: assist in scheduled basic cleaning and maintenance activities, ensuring the equipment and work cell are organized and audit-ready.
