Machine Operator needed in Hudson

We are looking for top-notch mechanically inclined machine operators who are dedicated to producing high-quality parts. Must be flexible and able to work without supervision. Attention to detail is essential for this position.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 8 pm - 6 am (currently)

Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate a variety of thread rolling and/or heading machines.
2. Select proper dies according to job instructions.
3. Perform die changes and tooling adjustments.
4. Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance to resolve machine, tooling, and setup issues.
5. Follow procedures to ensure efficiency and safety standards.
6. Monitor products to ensure they meet blueprint requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficient in using micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand and bend during a 12-hour shift.
• Must pass physical, background, and drug screening.
