Essential Duties

• Set up and operate bag machines to produce quality products meeting customer requirements.
• Read and understand work orders and blueprints to ensure compliance with setup and production standards.
• Achieve or surpass daily production and scrap standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, performing adjustments as needed.
• Perform machine changeovers following established standards.
• Set up and calibrate printers as required.
• Train and supervise assisting personnel, including helpers and inspectors.
• Ensure safety rules and procedures are followed.
• Complete daily paperwork, including production reports and quality inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness around work areas and machines.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including lubrication and inspections.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and PPE requirements.
• Work overtime as needed, including weekends and holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
