No swing shifts! Our 2-2-3 night shifts (6pm-6am) pay $17.00/hr and up to $33.50/hr.
Sign-on Bonus of $3K-$5K

Basic Job Duties

Set up, operate, or tend equipment that may perform various functions, such as rewinding, slitting, banding, blowing, wrapping, packing, or stacking. Specific duties vary depending on the division and work center.

• Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE requirements.
• Operate machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Produce and package products according to specifications.
• Identify and respond to production issues like raw material shortages, out-of-spec materials, or quality concerns.
• Perform quality checks and take corrective actions as needed.
• Set up machines and perform change-overs.
• Make machine adjustments using basic hand tools.

About YOU

• Prior machine operation experience in an individual or team setting.
• Self-motivated, proactive, with a positive "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (climb, bend, etc.).
• Good communication skills and adaptability to changing conditions.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and fitness tests.
• Desire to be challenged and continuous learner.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Value positive teamwork.
• Willing to undergo training and assist others.
