Job summary

Blommer Chocolate Company seeks a Machine Operator for the night shift in Union City, CA. The role operates and adjusts production machinery to meet quality standards, with on-site duties supporting a fast-paced chocolate production environment.

Starting pay is $24.00 per hour plus shift differential. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, with solid English reading/writing skills and basic data entry ability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three to five years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions.
• Must read, write, and speak English at an adequate level for this position.
• Ability to enter and utilize information in our computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery to ensure product quality.
• Safely operate assigned production equipment.
• Perform quality checks and record in system.
• Monitor equipment performance and address issues with support from quality/maintenance.
• Comply with food safety procedures to ensure product safety.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work as part of a team and communicate issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
