Role Overview

Based in Houston, TX, reporting to the night shift Supervisor, the Machine Operator will set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot assigned machines, inspect parts, and adjust equipment to ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

1. Operate production machines following established procedures.
2. Read blueprints and diagrams for machine setup.
3. Adjust machine settings for accuracy and efficiency.
4. Perform pre-operation checks and ongoing monitoring during shifts.
5. Communicate with team members to ensure smooth production.
6. Complete production and safety documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Machine Operator or in manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to work independently.
• Multitasking skills.

Training and Development

• Complete training within 3 months.
