Job summary

FAST Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Night Shift Machine Operator for our Auburn, Nebraska facility. The role focuses on interpreting drawings, operating CNC centers, and performing milling, drilling, and boring to meet tolerances.

A sign-on bonus of $2,500 is offered and ESOP ownership is part of the compensation package. The Night Shift runs Monday–Thursday from 4:30 pm to 3:00 am. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs,

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Basic math and measuring skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interprets complex drawings, program sheets, instructions and process sheets.
• Performs diversified operations on numerical control machining centers.
• Performs milling, drilling and boring to meet tolerances.
• Load and unload materials from machines.
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Support team members to meet production goals.
