Plastipak in Champaign is hiring for a Machine Operator position. The role involves operating machinery, inspecting products, and maintaining a clean, safe, climate‑controlled environment.

Shift

Night shift: 6:45pm–7:15am. Standard rotating schedule of 3days on, 2days off, 2days on, 3days off. Includes 2 long weekends each month. Full‑time schedule of 15 working days a month.

Compensation

Pay: $19.50 per hour ($18.50 base + $1.00 night shift differential).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate machines and equipment.
• Pull products with defects.
• Pack products for distribution.
• Keep equipment clean.
• Learn new skills through ongoing training.
