Napkin Assistant – Night Shift (6 PM – 6 AM)
Location: Oconto, WI
Company: Hoffmaster Group, Inc.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay:

Starting at $19.48/hour

+ $1.00/hour night shift premium

Wage progression up to $20.98/hour after 1 year

Pay increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year

Schedule:
2-2-3 Rotating Shift – 12-hour shifts (6 PM – 6 AM)
Work only 14 days per month and get every other weekend off!

Job Overview:
We’re hiring a Napkin Assistant to support our overnight production operations. This is an entry-level, physically demanding, and fast-paced role — ideal for someone dependable, hands-on, and ready to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Remove full napkin bags from the machine
  2. Stack on skids, label, and move using a pallet jack (hand truck)
  3. Monitor the machine and clear jams as needed
  4. Keep pace with fast production output
  5. Follow all safety, cleanliness, and food safety guidelines

Requirements:

  1. No prior experience required — we’ll train you
  2. High school diploma or GED preferred
  3. Must be comfortable with physical work including:
  4. Twisting and turning
  5. Lifting and stacking
  6. Operating a pallet jack
  7. Able to stay on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment
