Marmon Utility LLC in Milford, NH is hiring a Machine Operator to set up, operate, and monitor wire drawing, wire stranding, and extrusion equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

No prior machine operation experience is required, as paid on-the-job training is provided; a High School Diploma or GED is expected, with opportunities for overtime and shift flexibility available.

Qualifications

• No prior machine operation experience required – we provide paid on-the-job training for all new employees.
• Candidates with experience as a Machine Operator, Extrusion Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Operator, or Equipment Operator are encouraged to apply (higher pay dependent on experience).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
• Basic math skills required

Earn up to $39.56/hour | $81,120 annualized

Multiple Shift Options Available (Availability on each shift is subject to change)

• Crew 1 - Days: $28.17/hour minimum | $70,304 minimum annual earnings Monday-Thursday | 7:00am - 7:00pm Listed rate includes 8 hours of guaranteed weekly overtime
• Crew 2 - Nights: $32.50/hour minimum | $81,120 minimum annual earnings Monday - Thursday | 7:00pm-7:00am Listed rate includes 8 hours of guaranteed overtime each week & shift differential
• Weekend Day Crew: $37.56/hour minimum | $70,304 minimum annual earnings Friday - Sunday | 7:00am - 7:00pm Work only 36 hours per week and earn full-time pay
• Weekend Night Crew: $39.56/hour minimum | $74,048 minimum annual earnings Friday - Sunday | 7:00pm-7:00am Work only 36 hours per week and earn full-time pay Listed rate includes shift differential
