Responsibilities:

1. Perform multiple processes using various equipment in a manufacturing setting.
2. Produce high-quality products delivered in a timely manner to satisfy customers.
3. Solve problems with the assistance of other team members and seek continuous improvement.
4. Maintain a clean, safe working environment according to 5S and department safety guidelines.
5. Participate in improvement activities within current department or other departments.
6. Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED), or work experience demonstrating performance competency.
• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to access and use information system databases.
• Competency in basic math skills, such as adding and subtracting.
• Ability to use required measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, tape measures, etc.
• Ability to read, understand, communicate, and interpret written and verbal instructions, work documentation, policies, practices, etc., in English.
• Ability to bend, twist, and stand for periods up to 10 to 12 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read drawings.
• Willingness to be flexible with work assignments and hours as business needs require.
• Ability to work cooperatively within the team and with other teams to meet goals.
