Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in a food processing environment preferred.
• Experience as a machine operator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and processes per MMR, GMPs, and SOPs.
• Add batch ingredients and verify formulas.
• Place ingredients in mixer for processing.
• Monitor quality and collect lab samples.
• Maintain and record batch sheets, end shift reports, and lot tracking.
• Complete labeling and inventory movements for accuracy.
• Monitor operations and apply corrective actions as needed.
• Troubleshoot machine/product issues and communicate to supervisor.
• Dismantle and clean accessories and equipment between batches; maintain a clean area.
• Perform machine changeovers and sanitations.
