Job summary
Aerotek in Greenville, WI is seeking a Material Handler / Machine Operator to support production operations. You will move materials, operate equipment, and help ensure products are processed, packaged, and shipped accurately.
Work closely with production and warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment. This first-shift, onsite role offers hands-on experience with production equipment and inventory management, with a focus on safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment or automated systems.
- Material handling experience in manufacturing/warehouse.
- Forklift and pallet jack operation experience.
- Knowledge of shipping/receiving and inventory control procedures.
- Ability to read work orders and schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment following safety and quality standards.
- Load materials into machines and production lines.
- Move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Monitor machine performance and output for efficiency and quality.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and routine checks.
- Inspect finished products for defects and compliance.
- Assist with shipping/receiving and document shipments.
- Stage materials and maintain organized inventory locations.
- Support inventory control with cycle counts and reporting.
